More on CD art and the future of digital design

I came across an interesting article on Wired today that adds a little to the discussion about the future of CD graphic design. In particular, check out the interviews posted at the end of the article.

Thanks for "covering" this Ranman. It is one aspect of the music industry that I have never considered. I use my iPod all the time and am disappointed when I look for the cover art for a song that is playing, and nada.

I think it would be an exciting time for the designers - we are all about challenges aren't we? That's what turns my crank anyway.

I'll continue to follow this with you.
